By using this website or engaging in coaching services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Wellness Equation provides health and nutrition coaching, health education, wellbeing programmes and consultancy services for individuals, groups and organisations.
Coaching is intended to support behaviour change, health improvement and wellbeing. Services are educational and supportive in nature and do not constitute medical advice.
Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions and results.
Coaching outcomes vary between individuals and no specific health, weight loss or performance outcomes can be guaranteed.
Health coaching is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis or treatment.
Clients should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns or conditions.
Payment terms will be agreed prior to the commencement of services.
Any invoices must be paid within the timeframe stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Individual coaching appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances.
Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated confidentially unless:

There is a concern regarding the safety of the client or another individual.
All coaching materials, resources, handouts and website content remain the intellectual property of The Wellness Equation unless otherwise stated.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
The Wellness Equation shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury or damages arising from the use of coaching services, educational materials or website content, except where required by law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
