We provide health and wellbeing coaching, online courses, digital resources, and school wellbeing consultancy.
We offer:
Digital courses and downloadable resources
Group coaching and online programmes
1:1 coaching
School wellbeing workshops and consultancy
Some services are delivered immediately upon purchase, and others are delivered over time.
We reserve the right to update or modify our services at any time.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase our services.
Our services are not medical advice and should not be used in place of professional medical guidance. You are responsible for seeking appropriate medical care when needed.
All payments are processed securely through third‑party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal.
By purchasing, you agree:
To provide accurate payment information
That all purchases are made voluntarily
That you are authorised to use the payment method
Prices may change at any time, but this does not affect purchases already completed.
Unless otherwise stated on the specific product page:
Digital products, downloads, and online courses are non‑refundable due to instant access being provided.
Coaching programmes may have their own refund terms, which will be displayed at the point of purchase.
If a product is faulty or does not match its description, please contact us and we will resolve the issue fairly.
All content provided through The Wellness Equation — including videos, PDFs, worksheets, text, branding, and graphics — is owned by The Wellness Equation.
You may not:
Share, copy, or distribute our materials
Upload them anywhere else
Use them commercially
Claim them as your own
Your purchase grants you a personal, non‑transferable licence to use the content for your own learning only.
Coaching is a supportive and educational service.
It is not:
medical advice
counselling or therapy
a substitute for professional healthcare
You are responsible for your own decisions, health, and wellbeing.
If you have medical conditions or concerns, please seek advice from a healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, medication, or lifestyle.
If we provide services directly to a school, those services are subject to a mutually agreed statement of work or agreement.
These Terms apply to individual users, not organisational contracts.
You will receive access to your purchased digital content via our Podia platform.
We aim to ensure continual access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to factors outside our control (e.g. technology issues, maintenance).
If access is disrupted, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
You agree not to use our website or services to:
send harmful, offensive, or abusive messages
interfere with the platform or other users
breach copyright or misuse our content
We may restrict access to our services if these rules are violated.
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
The Wellness Equation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not liable for actions taken based on our content or coaching.
Your use of our services is at your own risk.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
