I’m Joanne, a UKIHCA‑registered Health and Nutrition Coach and founder of the Wellness Equation. I have also been teaching Biology in schools for over twenty years.
I support busy educators with simple, science‑led strategies to improve energy, digestion, stress resilience and overall wellbeing, without adding pressure to already demanding school weeks.
