Find what’s actually driving your low energy

Low energy, digestive issues, weight gain, and feeling constantly run down, despite trying your best to make healthy choices?

In just 2 minutes, you can identify what’s most likely causing your energy dips and what to focus on first. This isn’t about trying harder or doing more. It’s about understanding what’s happening in your body so you can make simple, effective changes that actually work in real life.

What my clients often notice

It isn't just about your energy levels

Small, targeted changes can improve more than you might expect

While many people come to me because they feel constantly run down, the changes we make often have a wider impact. By understanding and adjusting a few key patterns around food, stress and daily routines, it’s common to see improvements in things like blood sugar balance, cholesterol levels, digestion and weight. Areas people often feel resigned to just “manage”.

When your lifestyle is busy and demanding, it’s easy to overlook how much these factors are being influenced. But with the right focus, small, well-chosen adjustments can make a noticeable difference and not just in how you feel day to day, but in your longer-term health too.

Science‑Led Wellbeing, Designed for Busy Professionals

Founder of The Wellness Equation

I started my work supporting school staff, where I saw first-hand how many people were feeling constantly run down despite doing everything they could to stay on track. Over time, it became clear that these challenges weren’t limited to teaching. They reflect what happens in the body when any role demands a constant level of output, focus and responsibility.

That insight now shapes how I support busy professionals more widely, helping them understand and address the underlying drivers behind their energy, digestion and weight.
